« Chères amies, chers amis, valeureuses accointances, vagues connaissances et agréables inconnu-es, Ce furent deux années étranges. Et celle-ci s’annonce non moins bizarre. S’il y a une leçon qu’il nous faut retenir de ces deux dernières années, c’est que tout ça — cette humanité que l’on croyait acquise — est encore bien plus fragile qu’on ne l’avait pensé. Et notre réponse face à cette donnée ne peut pas être, ne doit pas être, les montées de droites extrêmes, racistes, sexistes et xénophobes. C’est le nouvel an, et vient avec lui l’idée des bonnes résolutions habituelles. Plutôt qu’abandonner ces bonnes résolutions dès la mi-janvier, voyons là une opportunité de concevoir et de donner forme à un nouveau monde. Et prenons-y du plaisir. Un sourire aux lèvres, c’est avec désir et joie que nous entamerons la construction imaginale d’un autre monde, un monde qui ne sera pas le leur, un monde qui ne sera pas soumis à la médiocrité de leurs imaginations atrophiées. Un monde qui ne sera pas fait de peur et d’angoisse. Un monde face auquel il est si facile de s’indigner, mais face auquel il est plus difficile d’opposer de l’imaginaire. Un imaginaire renouvelé, qui se sera départi des notions malades de productivité, de rentabilité, de reconnaissance, de réussite. Un monde où chaque minute, chaque heure, chaque jour de nos vies comptera réellement. Nous ne voulons plus d’un monde où tout ce qu’il nous restera, ce sera la mémoire du temps que nous avons passé à ne rien faire, et du temps que nous avons passé (et perdu) à vouloir commencer. Un monde où nos vies ne seront plus prisonnières du joug de l’économie de marché et où ce diktat s’envolera comme une feuille morte prise dans la tempête de nos cœurs enamourés. Au milieu de cette folie totale, alors que la société s’effondre sur elle-même dans le chaos le plus total, n’oublions pas de de créer. Sous le corps social, nos rêves tourbillonnants et nos désirs convulsés sont une usine surchauffée. Car si l’on n’est jamais assez triste pour que le monde soit meilleur, celui-ci n’est jamais assez beau pour que nous arrêtions de rêver. Et si ton cœur désespère, n’oublie jamais, ami, que c’est au cœur de la nuit, dans l’obscurité la plus profonde et la plus dense, que l’on peut voir les étoiles. William Burroughs a dit : « L’intégralité du système existant peut être évacuée par le rêve si l’on trouve assez de personnes pour rêver au niveau de Gysin. » Je l’écrivais il y a quelques années déjà, mais ceci est encore plus d’actualité que jamais : rêvons dangereusement, outrageusement, et faisons en sorte que quelque chose qui n’existait pas avant nous, qui n’existerait pas sans nous, arrive. Donc cette année, mon souhait pour chacun de nous est donc des plus petits et des plus simples : Rêvons. Opposons de l’imaginaire à leur imaginaire. Libérons, relâchons, déchaînons nos imaginaires. During the Rencontres Mondes Multiples 2020the artist Konrad Korabiewski presented us his current project: Krafla. While he should have been in residence for 2 months in Bourges as part of our partnership with the EMAP-EMAREnetwork, it is online that were, for this time, presented the artist and his work. Konrad Korabiewski · Skeyti A cinematic soundscape and highly atmospheric composition, reflecting distinct Icelandic circumstances, and including recordings of an old Morse code message from 1976 Winning piece of the international sound art competition "Europe - A sound panorama" 2011. Krafla is both a sound and visual work resulting from recordings made at the geometric power plant of Krafla, Iceland. Listening to the calderas (cauldron in Portuguese) and the song of the drillings, Konrad Korabiewski records and draws the muffled noises of this volcanic region up to 4m deep. A new creation residency is scheduled for the fall of 2021 in Bourges. During 2 months, Konrad Korabiewski will continue its work on the project Krafla by taking advantage of the 16mm editing table given to Antre Peaux by Boris Lehman. Residence executed within the context of the permanent creation Fabrique "Mille et un Plateaux" in January 2021. Electroacoustic composer, Stéphane Joly is responsible for the Sound workshop in the Higher National School of Arts in Bourges (ENSA Bourges) and teacher in the Academy of Music of the Electroacoustic class. He works with sound matter, field recording, and conducts interviews. Anaïs Dunn is focusing on the inherent qualities of materials, their weight, heat, motion in space, reflection, and transparency. Questions and values arise from this from which Anaïs develops her research territory.

All these subtle horizons full of life and possibles. Through imaginary biotopes, we try to think our interactions in line with our collective and individual commitments. They spread in various politico-social fields such as feminism, ecology, decolonialism, poetry, discreet activism, multi-cultural, etc. These fictional ecosystems allow us to create new ways to get around, to tell stories. The desire is no other than traveling while sharing the respect of the living. A form of accessibility to the common imagination. Let us dream through the present. Noir total is a hexa(6)phonic / ambient, post-rock, noise sound performance “Noir total” is a hexaphonic music performance. The audience is placed in a “bath” of 6 points sound diffusion between ambient music, post-rock and noise. The experience is no doubt introspective, even dreamlike. DRUMS SHOW is a platform-moment where research proposals, live intents, take place in streaming, like in a series of direct experiences. Following a practice of the radio developed collectively for close to a year, we have undertaken to use the television technologies (audiovisual management and multi-camera plan) in order to produce a flow permitting us to explore new scenographies. But questions remain: how to have feedback on our creation when the audience is thousands of kilometers away from those who produce the content? Just how are we in a form of existence if it is close to a one-sided beam? In addition, the audiovisual plan wants to be considered as a form of listening in which the various elements of the production chain (presence of the bodies, lights, framing...) permit us to anchor in the live, this form of collective creation. This moment becomes the deciding factor because it is composed in a same space-time. DRUMS SHOW was our final proposal for the Multiple World-s Festival.
